2012-2019 :
Early Growth & Specialization
Initially launched as RedRadar Recruits, we focused on headhunting sales professionals in the banking sector. However, as we engaged more with SMEs, we saw a larger issue—businesses didn’t just need recruitment; they needed full HR solutions to build sustainable, high-performing teams.
2020 :
Pivoting for Greater Impact
The COVID-19 pandemic forced businesses to rethink how they operated—and so did we. In November 2020, we pivoted from a niche headhunting agency to a full-spectrum HR solutions provider.
